Covid-19 Practice Information: Due to personal and familial situations, my physical office is closed, possibly through December 31, 2020 and beyond. Clients are welcome to telecounseling with me, via confidential teleconferencing platforms. Thank you for your understanding.
Sometimes we need a third-person perspective to help us get through a difficult time, or need help in bringing awareness to unseen influences working in our lives. Each of us is who we are today as a collection of many factors: developmental considerations, our relationships with others and our place and role in our familial system. As I continue to study and seek the best practices for helping people strengthen their inner and outer resources, I would be grateful to experience helping you and/or your family do so. We will use our relationship and your goals to guide us to what is most authentic, healing and meaningful for you. Whether you need more tools and resources available to ease difficult emotions, still struggle with the effects of trauma, or would like space and guidance to change your relationships to more fulfilling ones, counseling with me could be the catalyst you have been seeking.
When you sit with me, expect relationship, information, compassion and tools to get you through rough emotional/mental/spiritual times.
My background includes 1.5 year childbirth study (Doula education), infant mental health, childhood trauma/effects (Neurosequetial Model of Therapeutics) study, Gottman Method Relationship Training Levels 1 and 2, Play Therapy training and supervision, Object-Relations Supervision/Education, Child Development Specialist Experience and Sandtray/Jungian studies.
